Yes , JKCET do have its own Backward class Seat reservation which ranges as follows:
General (GEN) : 50% Other Backward Class (OBC) : 25% Scheduled Caste (SC) : 8% Scheduled Tribe (ST) :11% Children of Defense Personnel : 3% Sports Quota : 2%

As per new government policy for Jammu and Kashmir there will be 10% reservation for EWS in employment and education sector so probably there will be ews quota in jkcet but we should wait for the official notification and keep visiting the official site to keep yourself updated.

Earlier there was JKCET to get admission into MBBS for students of Jammu and Kashmir. But now it is the only entrance test you need to give to get admission into MBBS. As far as now it's concerned neet is the only entrance test and till any official announcement comes we are not in a position to say anything

see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, number of participants, etc. however from the previous years score information, general category students need to rank with in 500 to get a seat in computer science department, since computer science is the most demanding subjects right now. so try to score 80% marks in jkcet.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates those fulfills the requirements of eligibility as prescribed by the BOPEE will be considered for admission.
Nationality:-
Candidates must be Indian Citizen.
State Eligibility: Candidate should be the permanent resident of J&K.
Age Criteria:-
Minimum Age Criteria: The minimum age limit should be 17 years as on 31st December 2019.
Maximum Age Criteria: There will be no age bar limit to apply.
Qualification Criteria:-
Qualifying Exam: Candidates should pass 10+2/12th or its equivalent exam from any recognized board/university.
Minimum Marks: Candidates should have obtained the minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of reserved category) in the qualifying exam.
Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as their primary subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Such candidates can also apply for JKCET.
