see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, number of participants, etc. however from the previous years score information, general category students need to rank with in 500 to get a seat in computer science department, since computer science is the most demanding subjects right now. so try to score 80% marks in jkcet.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates those fulfills the requirements of eligibility as prescribed by the BOPEE will be considered for admission.
Nationality:-
Candidates must be Indian Citizen.
State Eligibility: Candidate should be the permanent resident of J&K.
Age Criteria:-
Minimum Age Criteria: The minimum age limit should be 17 years as on 31st December 2019.
Maximum Age Criteria: There will be no age bar limit to apply.
Qualification Criteria:-
Qualifying Exam: Candidates should pass 10+2/12th or its equivalent exam from any recognized board/university.
Minimum Marks: Candidates should have obtained the minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of reserved category) in the qualifying exam.
Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as their primary subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Such candidates can also apply for JKCET.

The academic qualification for JKCET exam is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized statutory Board/University. English. As you have taken admission in secound round of counselling you can apply for mop up round for which you have to cut your name from the respective college and take CLC and other certificates from the college .The documents withdrawn from the previous college has to be present at new alloted college at time of admission.

The round 2 of counselling for JKCET 2019 is taking place from July 8 2019 to July 12 2019. You can take admission during this time. After this mop up round has to be started. You can refer to the following link for more information on the schedule of JKCET counselling:

The preference list set in the first round can be edited in the second round, but only if you want to, so you can keep it same, and fill further or do nothing at all. So it's only if you want to, you can fill the list further. Yes you can change the list even entirely if you want. All the best!

All the candidates who qualified the entrance exam and whose name appeared in the merit list were called for JKCET 2019 counselling. Authorities conducted the counselling of JKCET 2019 May 25 in online mode. The JKCET 2019 counselling included steps like registrations, option entry, filling of reference forms etc. For document verification, the shortlisted candidates had to report at the counselling venue according to their ranks on the notified date and time. Also, candidates had to pay the counselling fee was Rs. 1200 at the time of registration. JKCET 2019 seat allotment will be done on the basis of candidates' merit and choice filling. The authorities will release the notice in a few days so you can check it out then. After the seat allocation, you have to report at the allotted institute during JKCET 2019 seat allotment for document verification.
