You can get into NIT Srinagar only through JEE Main. So you need to clear JEE Main first and then only you will be eligible for NIT Srinagar. Last year the cutoff of general category( Home State) for various branches of NIT Srinagar are as follows.

Compared to the number of seeds that are present in GCET Jammu, it is going to be difficult for you to get admission in the institute in the electrical branch. For general category students the cut off rank is 350. Since you belong to RBA category, you have slim chances of making to the institute. Congratulations for getting good rank in JKCET. According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission into any government college in Jammu Kashmir.. The cut offs for some decent government colleges are generally below 1000 rank as your rank is higher than the cut offs so that the chances of admission are very less.
