No PCB candidates are not eligible for JKCET as the eligibility criteria states that Compulsory subjects in your 10+2 level are  Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as you did not have Maths in your 10+2 level you are not eligible for JKET.  The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE)

J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination is the conducting body for JKCET, and so far it hasn't released the official schedule, but the tentative date for commencement of form is second week of March, in order to appear for the exam, candidates need to be permanent resident of union
