You can apply in IIITs, CFTIs, DTU, IGDTUW, NSIT, PEC Chandigarh, Indian Institute of Science, Banglore, IISER and private colleges through JEE.

Yes, you have to secure 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile if you want to take admission in NITs/IIITs/IITs and CFTIs

JEE Advanced maximum marks are not defined :

Maximum Marks vary every year like below:

2016- 372
2015 - 504
2014 - 360

So, it is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year but you should score more than 50% marks to get good branch

As per last year, 1537 seats were reserved for SC students in IITs out of 10572 seats.

Please check below IITs seat distribution for different categories (As per 2016 seat matrix):

Open- 5185
Open PwD - 150

Qualification for JEE Advance is through JEE Main.You've to satisfy a minimum cutoff.The marks are not counted in the final marks of JEE ADVANCE for procuring admission in IITs.
