No, this score will not be valid next year. I would suggest you to take admission in the college you are getting this year and appear in JEE exam again next year to get better score to get admission in the college of your choice.
HI, Chances are very less for you to sit in advance with this score but yes there are chances for NIT's. The previous year cutoff states 100 minimum for general to give Advance exam. !!
