    It doesn't depends on your rank . It completely depends on your marks .
    If your marks is greater than 81 then you are eligible for JEE ADVANCED otherwise try next time.

    Give your JEE ADVANCED and show them local one. And after clearing JEE ADVANCED you may submit the original one at the time of counselling.
