The admission at UG level is based on Jee Advanced entrance to get into IIT's.

So apart from your subjects percentage mention what score you attained in the exam if given and if not given then check the JEE Advanced eligibility below:

No, You have to appear for JEE Advanced exam in order to attempt AAT exam.

In order to get IIT college you have to clear JEE Main exam first then you have to apply for JEE advanced exam. You need to score more than 90 marks in JEE Advanced to get IIT Colleges.
