The decision is yours dear.
And it depends upon your preference. Means branch preference or institute preference. See I got a rank around 7.5k in JEE advance. But I decided for institute preference. So I was not able to get a good branch(according to society).
It completely depends upon you.

Chances are not good to get into ISRO based on your score. it is not an easy task. The competition is really high.

I'm sorry but it's highly unlikely for you to get any IIT with this rank. If you JEE Mains score is good, then you should try NIT'S or IIIT'S. Another option is to take a drop this year and work harder to achieve a better rank.
