IITs have a preparatory course for the students belonging to communities which are backwards on academic grounds. Considering the fact that these students might not have had the kind of support or environment required to crack JEE, these students deserve a chance to join the mainstream of countrys educational opportunities.

No... You need 75% in all five subjects not in only pcm so fill the form of improvement exam and get 75% at that time and again apply for JEE.

To tell you something for your life, your marks in class X won't decide whether you will be able to crack JEE Advanced or not.

Yes you need to submit a proof that you belongs to obc-ncl category....that is obc ncl certificate of requisite format given by jee officials...you can check at http://www.jeeadv.nic.in ....it's mandatory......and it will take time to make that certificate
