Hello 

Yes you are right cut off trend refers to JEE advanced. Once you clear cut off in JEE mains you will be eligible to sit in JEE advanced.

Other than Jee advanced you can appear for  UCEED( Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design) to get admission into IIT.

See studying in advance is Good but not at the cost of your present studies.
Jee main and Jee advance are tough exams and one requires to work hard.
I advice you to lightly work with mathematics part of jee main because that you will understand at your age if
