Indian Institute of Space Science and Technolgy(IIST) is a deemed University. It offers education in Space-science, technology and application. The admission notice are released now. The admission broucher will out on 2nd May 2018. And the online application form will be available from 22nd May 2018(for UG courses).

              There might be error in the result Try confirming from authorities. There can also be chance that you might not have filled about your Category in your application form.

yes as your category is OBC, there is chances to admission in DTU in CSE trade, 

you can get in 3rd or 4th counselling. don't worry 

and don't loose hope, may be you will score so good in JEE Advanced and you get a good IIT so don't loose hope

For admission in IISET you need to appear for the jee mains and qualify for the jee advanced as the score of the jee advanced will play the important role.
