No as of now you can not change your jee advanced examination centre after paying the fees for the application form. You have to try to give jee advanced exam in that centre only.

Dear Ashok, if you scored 30 marks in the jee-main exam then you are definitely eligible for the jee-advance exam.
the jee-advance form filling date is 2 may - 7 may 2018.
fill the jee-advance form and give 100% exam.

No more or less difficulty level of both the exams are same and most of the questions asked in comedk entrance exam are directly based on ncert and are of easy level.
