if you get about 20% in jee advanced you can admission into any iit.
You might get civil branch try till Spot round
Its difficult to get a stream in IIT.
Or else you will get a newer IIT with some uncommon streams

First of all, your JEE Main 2018 result carries a link to register for JEE Advanced, once you click on that link or open that link and enter the required details, it gives you the exact status whether you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced or not.

You need to have the following documents while applying for JEE Advanced 2018:
These documents have to be scanne to be Uploaded:
Certificates of Class X as proof of birth or Birth Certificate
Class XII (or equivalent) examination
Category
PwD
Scribe Request Letter
PIO Card / OCI
As per my knowledge it won't create any problem and i think yo will get your paper in the same language as you got in jee mains as default ...so Best of Luck for your advance prepare well and don't take tension...abou this
