Both BHU and JAMIA are good but i think you should prefer bhu. The law faculty of BHU is very reputated and much better. Also the infrasturcture in all green in BHU. Placement in BHU are very good and other than studies non acadmic activities also take place.
Of course it is in Hindi. You just have to select your mode of answer as Hindi in your application form.

Hi. Around 2,31,024 candidates qualified for the JEE advanced. Out of these candidates, only 160,716 registered for the exam. However, officials have not declared the number of attendants of JEE.
