VERy unfortunate to say that you won't be able to apply for the josaa counselling as you are not fulfilling the 10+2 criteria for jee mains in OBC CATEGORY too.

It generally depends on cutoff and varies each year. But you may expect a rank of around 1500-2000 in SC category.
till 40th rank General and till 90 OBC rank , get CSE in IIT Mumbai
till 2000 Rank General and till 5400 rank OBC , get Mechanical in IIT Kharagpur
