Hello,
Congratulations for the score. It will be a little tough to get in to Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. As the ranking and scores change every year. So apart from these two branches, you get all the other branches.
If you score well in the first semester exam you can change your branch.

It may not be much difficult for you to take admission in JEC as you can opt for a Lateral Entrance Examination for Lateral entry which only after completing Polytechnical Degree.

As the marks and rank mentioned by you is quite good and you should definitely try in colleges you are looking for because you have a positive approach of getting admission because as i can see that you also belong to OBC-NCL category which will help you in securing admission in that particular category hence, you can check the college cutoffs and compare it with your rank and get to know about your chance of getting that college.
Thank you..
Bsed on your marks scored in Assam CEE Exam and your OBC Category you can get a seat in JEC which is Jorhat Engineering College . Because the cut off for OBC ranges around 97 or 96.
As the marks scored by you in your above mentioned exam is quite good but telling rank on the basis of marks would be difficult because rank depends on many factors hence, instead i will suggest you to get your rank using any online rank predictor showing your particular exam details and after that you can easily compare it with the colleges of your desire and come to know about your chance of getting admission in any of your preference colleges.
