JEXPO Result 2020 - West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development will release the result of JEXPO 2020 tentatively in the first week of June. Important Points of JEXPO 2020 Result
The result of JEXPO 2020 will be declared online on the official website. It will not be sent to the candidates individually.
JEXPO result 2020 will be released in the form of merit lists/ranks which will include the general ranks and category-wise ranks of the candidates. Female General rank will also be specified for female candidates.
Candidates will have to score minimum positive marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in order to be included in JEXPO merit list 2020.
No request of scrutiny or review by the candidates will be entertained.
Candidates who qualify JEXPO 2020 will be called for the counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates will have to register in order to participate in JEXPO 2020 counselling. The process of counselling will be online and will consist of various rounds. Candidates will have to lock their choices of institutes in the order of preference during the process. The final allotment of seats will be done on the basis of merit list, number of seats and choices locked by the candidates. Candidates will have an option to accept the allotted seat after the counselling or to opt for auto upgradation. Candidates who will accept their allotted seats will have to report the allotted institute with the final seat allotment letter while the candidates who will opt for auto upgradation will have to wait for next rounds of counselling.
A special offline round of JEXPO counselling 2020 will also be conducted after the online rounds. This round will be conducted to fill seats left vacant after the online counselling of JEXPO 2020. Candidates who have been allotted seats in previous rounds will not be eligible for this round.

Yes, Sure you can apply to engineering admissions. Admissions will be made on the basis of your eligibility criteria. Age wont be a hurdle to your admissions to pursue your engineering degree.The criteria of age limit for appearing in JEE Main 2020 has been removed. If you have passed your Higher Secondary in 2018 or 2019 with an equivalent minimum of 50 percent score percentile or if you are appearing for your class higher secondary education examination in 2020, irrespective of your age, you are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2020 or any of the other respective engineering admissions. However, you need to meet the eligibility criteria of age limit of the institutes you are looking forward to take admission to because deemed universities have the admissions procedure on their own. Apart from deemed universities, government universities or any engineering college affiliated to a central governing university will not have any age restriction for engineering admissions.
