Yeah it is totally fine. They just need your academic details of class 10th to verify your candidature which is evident from the top half of the CBSE class 10th report card.

Well, actually the thing is you can be admitted into NITs only through JEE Mains. JEE Advanced is only for all the IITs and ISM. NITs consider students only through their JEE Main rank.

If you have cleared the JEE Main 2017 cutoff then you are eligible to write the JEE Advanced 2017 exam.

Based on your performance on JEE Advanced and the cutoff determined by the respective IITs, you will get admission in them.
