Chances are very less to get seat with this score as the score is not that sufficient to secure seat in IITs.
Also, please share whether you have applied for any other engineering entrance or not?

with 302 in bitsat, 6779 rank in jee mains , and 183 marks in jee advanced, what options should I take ?

At this score you have very less chancd of getting branch at BITS Pilani , so IITs is what you can consider . I assume your jee rank would be around 3-4k.

I think that u had not evaluated your jee advanced marks correctly with the official answer key released by IIT madras.
Because it is just impossible for a person to score 65+ in jee advanced who had a rank of about 2 lakhs.
