Both the books are very good, Hoever Arihant NCERT books are more recommended as they contain relevant problems and saves time and is more appealing to majority of JEE aspirants.
This book has compaartively systematic approach and gives a good flow of topics such that preparationn goes smooth enough.

If you are not consider as PwD category then you will consider as only OBC candidate but you have to show your proper certificates for OBC category.

Yes it is wonderful book for JEE advanced preparation, however this book is at high level of difficulty and you should go after only when you are fully prepared. Moreover, this book has out of scope questions and subjective pattern based questions which is not relevant with JEE patterns.

It is definitely good book, but in our opinion it is not recommended as the book has irrelevent topics which can cause confusion amongst students and waste alot of time, moreover the book has subjective questions more.
