No.... defenitely not ...FIITJEE aits is very hard exam set...you can say their mains exam is equivalent to Real JEE advanced and sometimes even tougher than advance..And their advance exam has wholetogether different level....so please don't underestimate yourself and get depressed if you are scoring low in these exams
See there is a mistake in your understanding. The JEE Main is only for NITs, IIITs and JEE Advanced is for IITs only. You can write JEE Main even if you are a diploma holder to appear for JEE Advanced but you cant take admissions through JEE Main as NITs
In order to take admission in NITs and IITs your overall percentage should be 75% marks in your boards exam.
If you are scoring less then 75% marks in one subject and your overall marks are more then 75% you don't have to give improvement exam.

2.watch classes of mechanics from Walter lewin for physics.
