To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2018, considering you are from 2015-16 batch, your results must have been declared after June 2016 to be eligible. So, you don't meet the eligibility criteria pertaining to year of passing the qualifying exam.

The counselling is based on secured the acceptable rank in JEE Advanced. To get admission in IITs you should have minimum 75% aggregate marks in class 12th & for SC, ST & PWD categories the aggregate marks should be 65% Or you should be in top 20% in class 12th.
