I’d advise you to start from NCERT books. Read NCERT textbooks thoroughly. Do the practice questions, exemplar questions. You should know them inside out. If you are from CBSE board, this will also help you in your boards.

Considering you are giving JEE Advanced 2015, you do not have enough time but for those who are going to give the exam in later years should study Morrison & Boyd. It is a wonderful piece of writing and it will really make Organic look interesting to you.

Sorry to say this year now you can not apply for JEE mains, as the form filling dates are already over in January 2018.

For IIT first, you have to appear JEE Mains based on your mark and cutoff you can write JEE Advanced.
