If you want to get yourselves in a govt. college, you will have to score really good in UPSEE. And, for that, you'll have to score above 390 or something. So you can be sure of a seat in any govt. college.

The cut off for JEE Advanced will be announced with the result of JEE Main, by CBSE, tomorrow. You can see whether you have qualified for JEE Advanced in your scorecard. The cutoff declared for each category will be different. And, it also depends on the marks scored

According to me, it is quiet unpredicatable for Category candidates for OBC lying between 35-50 marks. So i would suggest you to wait for the results and then decide it. Hope it Helps.
