If u r OC then there is no way to apply for jee advanced 2018 as the cut off is 74. If u have reservation then u will be definitely able to apply.

Hey. CRL is the common rank list which includes candidates of all categories. OBC NCL rank is the rank that you have obtained withing the candidates who belong to OBC category. The OBC NCL rank will be considered to qualify for the JEE Advanced. Hope this helps. All the best.
