How do I know if iam included in the top 224000 eligible for jee advanced?.is it mean I want a rank of minimum 224000 overall?

Your common rank list or CRL Rank on your admit card shall be within 2.24 Lakh ranks to qualify you for JEE advanced exam.

Alternatively, your marks should be vaove cutoff scores as listed below.

General 74
OBC 45
SC 29
ST 24
PWD - 35.

Yes they are allow ,jee advance is only for iit selection .since if you have qualified jee mains then you can apply for jossa counselling.

Yes you have well qualified for JEE advanced and also eligible for IIT, NIT, IIITs.
As oer yiur rankings we recommend you following colleges where you can have bright chances.

Dear candidate, unfortunately you havent qualified for JEE ADVANCED as the cutoff marks was 74 for this year.

But never loose hopes as you still have chances with colleges like
NIT sikkim for Biotechnology
NIT MEGHALAYA
NIT MIZORAM
