To get admission in IIT Chennai ,Your Minimum aggregrate marks in JEE advanced 2018 should be less than 115. Previous year marks in JEE advanced 2017 was 115 in OBC NCL category and minimum marks in each subject should be 10 .
To get admission in CSE branch

Yes,you are definitely eligible for JEE advance as anything above qualifying marks ia said to be qualified. And 46 is surely greater than 45. Prepare well for JEE advance.
