JEE advanced pattern is not disclosed before the exam. From this year, short answer type questions will be introduced and multiple choice questions will be reduced. However there is possibility of partial marking questions.

In order to apply for the reservation, you need to show a proof, But if you don't have the proof you will be considered under the general category.
So there will be no use in filling form under reservation category.
