As per previous years cutoffs and the ranks ,for OBC-NCL candidate to get into an IIT irrespective of His/her stream has to rank less than 5k.
As per previous year, to be precise the last rank admitted to an IIT was in IIT ROORKEE whose rank was 4381.
You need to stay in the top 20 SC candidates throughout the nation then only you can get CSE at IIT BOMBAY.
These kinds of exam anxiety are common and happens to be before exams.

If this is your jee mains 2018 rank then i am so sorry to tell you that you can not get admission in NITs or IIITs at this rank but you can try for admission in private colleges through state counselling.

Yes new advance give an option to upload OBC before 5 June If u don't have that at the time of filling form for jee advance.
