For JEE Mains 2018, you just need to score above 75% in boards. Board marks will be considered just as Eligibility Criteria and WILL NOT CARRY ANY WEIGHTAGE.

Assuming last yr's scenario you try for IIT Palakkad and IIT Tirupathi Civil Eng. I dont know much about IIT Dhanbad but do try for the above mentioned colleges rather than opting for NITs. Obviously the tag 'IIT' is greater than 'NIT'.
First of alll please mention your cutoff as based on category. Because as your category if you crossed it then you will quilfy and then get your rank and another thing is that it is necessary to pass in all subjects suppose if you weren't crossed it then will not
