With the rank that you scored it nearly impossible to get ant core branches seat at VIT Vellore campus even for ECE you go with category 4 or 5 fee structure in that case you might get it. So you can try for Chennai campus with lower category fee structure
I am so sorry for saying this but unfortunately you can not get vit Chennai with 1 lakh 30 thousand rank in VITEEE. Unfortunately you can not get any college at this rank. I suggest you to explore other options like Manipal or SRM.

Dear Candidate, It not possible to secure any seat at Vellore campus but for Chennai campus you can get it that too under category 3,4 or 5th fee structure. Hope it. helps you,
