Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test
Hey Samsha!
Yes, with that rank you can easily get into that college and also get the desired stream in open category.
All the best. Good Luck.
Hello Samala,
With your rank of 196 in TS PGECET for Electronics and Communication Engineering you may get seat in one of the lower colleges affiliated to Osmania or any other private college. If you had gotten a rank below 70 then you could have got admission in Osmania University or JNTU Hyderabad. Please participate in the counselling and hope for the best. Also you may opt for ECE in VNRVJIET as that is most likely where you may get admission with your rank if you are extremely lucky. https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-engineering-colleges-in-hyderabad-accepting-ts-pgecet You can go through this link for a list of other colleges. Hope this answer helps!
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well
I think it would be better if you had mentioned about your category .
Based on your rank you can get a seat in vnr vignan jyoti, vasavi ,cbit etc
But try to put other colleges as backup option as cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors
Hope this helps you
All the best!
Hello,
First of all congratulations. You may apply for a lot of colleges as your rank is very good. However your branch i.e. Electronics and instrumentation is not available in a few colleges. But have nothing to worry as you have a lot of options to choose from. Please have a look at the following colleges and decide based on research:
Visit below website for the details related to documents needed for counselling of PGCET , it contains the list of all the documents , ypu must contain all the documents that are written in this website

Hello Rajnath,Both the colleges are perfect, all the students reading and learning over here are the top notch rankers of the entrance exam.
Teaching, faculties and curriculum is best and equivalent to each other in both the colleges.
Hostels are though not soo good, bathrooms and foods are quite bad.
There is a bit of ragging in both the colleges so be prepared.
Alumni network is quite good in OU,JNTU also have but a bit less but both are good.
Now prefer that college which is nearby to your home and as per my views i would give a bit of plus point to jntu as i have heard that there are few riots in OU.(ALTHOUGH I DON'T KNOW 100% I HAVE LISTENED).
Also try to search for few private colleges as there are few private colleges too which are good.
All the best for your future
