Yes  , you are right . The first round of counselling for TS PGECET has not started yet. However the results for TS PGECET are out. According to the tentativecdates of TS PGECET counselling , it should have started it by now. But it has not started yet and there are no official uodates about counselling even by now.

Yes trascript provisional certificate is alllowed for pgcet counselling,but it is only one of the certificate among the remaining.You also need to provide other certificates that are essential too.

No, the transcript certificate is not the same as provisional certificate so it cannot be used in place of the other.

Universities ask for provisional certificate during counselling so that they are assured that you have successfully completed your graduation course. This is used because the degree is not received yet.

On the other hand, transcript certificate is like a marks certificate.

Only the provisional certificate has to be submitted if asked for, nothing in place of that.

We understand your concerns. However, the organizing authority of TS PGECET 2019,this year is Osamnia University,which is going to conduct Counselling in two separate rounds of counselling, the first will be for GATE/GPAT 2019 qualified students and another will be for Ts pgecet 2019 qualifiers. THe counselling was expected to start in the third week of this month, and the exact dates are not known. You must stay updated on the official website for any information.

TS PGECET is a Telangana State Level Common Entrance Test conducted for giving admissions to PG courses in the field of engineering, technology, pharmacy, architecture & graduate level Pharm-D.

The exact dates for Counselling are not updated on the official website yet, you have to wait for it and check the website regularly for registrations of counselling as the dates are expected to be in July Month.

First you have to register yourself in TS PGECET official website and pay the registration fee online through debit/credit/netbanking.And then you will be asked to fill the application form which consists of details about family, address, education qualification etc.You have to take the print out of that application after filling.And then you have to visit counselling help centres with required documents.Once the certificates are verified then you have to login with your registration id and excercise web options when the dates are announced.You can approach to help centres or can do it at home.You choose the colleges of your preferences and branches.Once you are done you have to save your options and logout from your account.If you get any seat then you will be known through a message sent to your registered phone number.
