Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test
It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year statistics the cutoff rank for University Engineering Colleges has been around 8000-10000 for BC B Boys in Civil Engineering streams.
A considerable amount of GATE Candidates also apply for University Engineering colleges and seats are alloted for PGECET Candidates after the completion of allotment of GATE Candidates.
Hello!
Eligibility to get admission in M.Tech through GATE is that the candidate should have completed their B.tech/B.E with a valid GATE score. But Students who have done their B.tech programme from IIIT and having points above 8 can join IITS for MS , M.Tech or P.hD programme without valid GATE score.
There are some colleges in which Gate Qualifying or Score is not mandatory for Selection of Postgraduate courses (Eg: IIT Hyderabad, you can visit IITH official website for more information). But the candidate should perform well in Interview and entrance test.
Hope this helps you
All the best!

Sandhya, you haven't mentioned the mistake that happened in the application form. Ideally it is one application form per candidate. And the information bulletin doesn't specify about any correction window. So we would suggest you to reach out to the helpdesk before you fill up another form. Mention the error that happened and check if Correction window is available. If they respond that there is a correction window and it can be rectified, you needn't fill another application form. But if they answer in negative, then you can fill up another form by registering with a different email id and mobile no#. But please do reach out to the helpdesk at: tspgecet2020@gmail.com
