The score that will make your entry in GCET will depend totally on paper and your reservation category.

If you are from general category, then

More than 70 points are enough for any branch of your choice.

60-70 : Safe for electrical Engineering

50 - 70 : EnC and Electrical Engineering

Below 50 : Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering

Yes. But to get admission into B. Tech course, you must have passed the qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects. To get admission into Medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, Physiotherapy and BAMS/BUMS, you must have passed the qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.

please tell me that are universities like VEL TECH and MANIPAL UNIVERSITIES gives admission on the basis of the JKCER RESULT OR NOT?

VEL TECH and Manipal University does not offers admission through JKCET. Instead they conduct their own examination for offering admission to candidates. VEL TECH conducts VTUEEE and Manipal conducts MET for admission.

For upgrading your seat you need to visit the counseling, If you do not attend the second counseling then you have a chance in the third counseling.

No your seat will not be cancelled . If you have alloted any seat then you should report to the RC center and choose float or slide option .
