Are you joking? JEE mains, advanced, wbjee all exams are connected in whole India some even in Dubai, US, Singapore. Looks like you have some misinformation.
U can give exams of all states but for example if u gave wbjee then there is 10% seats in West Bengal Gov.Engineering colleges only for outside state(i.e non Bengali).
U should give All exams atleast 5-6 along with JEE for better future.
Last date to fill wbjee form was 13th November so u can't fillup form now. So try to attempt BCECE,COMEDK,BITSAT, UPSEE,........
comedk and jee main both questions will be formed on the basis of 10+2 syllabus. just revise every day, practice lot of question, and make short notes on different chapter wise for mathematics, physics, chemistry. that will hep lot before the exam. work on your weak areas , follow a routine and study accordingly.

The fees of colleges in COMEDK depends on whether you have the Domicile of the state or not. If you are Domicile of the state then your course fees will range from 25000 to 1 lakhs but if you are not the resident of that state then your fee range will be from 90000 to 2 Lakhs per Annum.
