Kushagra Singh 30th Aug, 2022

Hi,

Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test is a common entrance test conducted by Andhra University for admission in B.Tech and M.Tech courses offered by the university. The General Category candidates can appear for this exam only after fulfilling all eligibility criteria as mentioned below: Candidates should have passed class 10th from any of the recognised board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade point average (GPA) as calculated on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in class X and XII boards, if applicable. Candidates who have failed to clear qualifying examination will be required to take re-examination before appearing for AUEET.

(AUEET) is a common entrance test for admission to B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D programs in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and other affiliated colleges of the university. The test is conducted by the university every year on different days in May/June or September/October months at various centers across the state of Andhra Pradesh.

How many centres are there?

The number of centres varies from year to year but generally it is around 25-30 depending upon the availability of seats in each centre during that particular session as well as according to demand.

I hope it helps.

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well!

I must tell you that getting a seat in AU through AUEET depends on various factors like difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, number of students appeared, etc.

But according to the previous year cut-offs, you may get admission in AU. You can predict your chance of admission through AUEET counselling by visiting the link given below.

after i get rank in aueet can i get free seat in au

Kushagra Singh 23rd Jul, 2022

Hi Shaik,

I hope you are doing well. Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) is a state level entrance test for taking admission in various disciplines and college in Andhra Pradesh.

To be eligible for the exam, one should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects in class 12th with minimum soce of 50% aggregate.

As you have already got your rank, I suggest you to list all the top colleges participating for your interested field. As this is important step during counseling. If it is not done seriously, you might not get the best possible college.

For free seat, which means one do not needs to pay tution fee (but other expenses like hostel and travel needs to pay). It really needs a hard work and one needs to score rank around 1000, to be eligible for free seats.

Thank you!
