Hello there,
Hope you are doing well.
The VIT authorities shall conduct VITEEE exam 2022 tentatively in April in online mode . Candidates who wish to take admission in VIT University at Chennai, Vellore, Amaravathi or Bhopal campuses need to appear for and qualify in VITEEE 2022. Admissions will be offered on the basis of marks secured by candidates in VITEEE exam which is the common entrance exam for admission in all the four campuses.
However, the information is tentative.

AEEE and VITEEE are two of the biggest examination for getting entry into the best private Engineering colleges in India. See both the entrance examination traditionally was conducted as a Computer based test and students were required to reach the allocated centres on the mentioned date and time.
But due to very scary conditions related due to corona pending in 2021 it was not even possible to conduct it at the different centres so the examination was held in a remote proctored mode in which the students were allowed to write the examination from their homes with webcam and third eye. But it was clearly told that it is due to unusual conditions and the same tradition will be followed from next year so you can not a call from your home's rather you will have to reach the allocated centre.
Hi
Unless the mode of the entrance exam is ORPE( online remote proctored exam) you can't take it from home irrespective of you being ill or not. This year Vellore institute of technology had conducted it in ORPE. Same can't be said about in 2022, they might be taking it in centers all over India. Check this link

As for AEEE it is both computer based and ORPE based , meaning you can take it in centers allotted or from home, both will be computer based.

Hope this answers your query!
At first congratulations on your wonderful performance in AEEE. I assume you have not registered for the first three rounds for CSAP else you would have been allocated a seat by now. As per the previous trends trends and cutoffs you will easily get a CSE seat at either of the Chennai or Bangaluru campus even at Amrita Puri campus you had slim chances.
Now as rounds of counselling are already conducted there is very less possibility that a seat for Computer science and Engineering would be available at institution but you can still apply and see if any vacant seats are available.

Hi.
Selection to the B.Tech programme in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is based on the rank scored in AEEE 2021 / JEE Mains 2021 / SAT(link is external) Score/ PUEE(link is external) Score. If JEE Mains is conducted multiple times, all the scores released prior to theAmrita B.Tech. CSAP (Centralised Seat Allotment Process)will be looked into and the best resultconsidered.
Eligibility Criteria
A pass in 12 th class or equivalent from a recognised board with not less than 55% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics separately and an aggregate minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Candidates seeking admission shall be born on or after 1 st July 2000.
Candidates seeking admission with Pearson UG Entrance Examination score alone shall have an aggregate minimum of 75% in PCM with not less than 75% in Mathematics.
Candidates applying for merit admission should be a resident / Non-Resident Indian National / PIO.
Good Luck
You have no chances of making a place in artificial intelligence at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. This JEE main rank is allocated through the seperate counselling process held by institution which also means there are atleast 12000 students who are placed above you in the CSAP.
Moreover Amrita University accepts only 30 percent of the total admissions through this mode and hence the number of available seats are very limited. You can try again next year or appear for other engineering entrance tests.
Hi there,
Yes you could get a seat at some college with this rank of yours but nothing can be surely predicted about the branch you are looking for.
You might get vse branch in some place but the chances are Fifty Fifty, it's not certain.
I hope this helps.
