Here,You did not specified in which Quota you were.So I can't say anything exactly.But suppose you are in a general quota.So every year the cutoff set by the college for admission is different, that is why it is tough to answer this question if one can secure a seat in CSE for the Coimbtur campus.
But I see your percentile,you got 98.64 percentile in AEEE.Yeah I think you have a good chance of getting a seat at Amrita coimbatore campus if you are a state of domicile is tamilnadu.I heard from someone that the closing rank for computer science last year was 4500.So I think you can make it.
Amrita University has state quota reservation and under this quota the closing rank around 10k.If you don't any such reservation,it is might to be difficult there.

AEEE cut off will be released soon on the official website. The cut off varies year-to-year and depends on the level of exam, number of candidates appearing and number of available seats.
93 Percentile indicates that 7 percent students have secured more marks than you. So you might get a rank between 70-80K.
