According to the previous year cutoff trends the cutoff rank for AEEE for Amrita University, Coimbatore is 2747 for Electronics and communication engineering for open category as you told that you are Andhra Pradesh student so, with 2944 rank you may not get into Electronics and communication engineering

Your rank is low and since you have not mentioned about your state and category i am assuming you to be open category and thus you have very less chance of getting any of the Amrita univercity campus as per previous year cutoffs.
