With the rank that you scored it nearly impossible to get ant core branches seat at VIT Vellore campus even for ECE you go with category 4 or 5 fee structure in that case you might get it.
So you can try for Chennai campus with lower category fee structure .
you’ll be most probably be doing the 3rd phase of counselling round on the basis of your rank.

I am so sorry for saying this but unfortunately you can not get vit Chennai with 1 lakh 30 thousand rank in VITEEE. Unfortunately you can not get any college at this rank. I suggest you to explore other options like Manipal or SRM.

No its not possible to get CSE seat at AP campus under category 1 based on your rank , you might need to go upto category 3 to be on the safer side to get confirm CSE seat.

For this rank Category 1 & 2 is not possible at Vellore or Chennai campus, you will get it under 4 or 5th category or there might be no seats left for CSE as well till your counselling round happens.
