The rank is different for all the branches like in a college you have to take cs branch than there is a cut off range of sc branch different from electrical branch and you will get the desired branch only when you fill the criteria else you have to look for anothe college or opt for another branch

you have not mention which stream of engineering you have applied in tspgecet. as every year cutoff varies from college to college and stream to stream. do mention tose. then i surely help you.

your rank is well but you are not eligible for the top goverment colleges. they require much higher rank. but surely  you can get admission in other deemed and private colleges like :

For GATE students you will get 12,400 per month. For PGECET students AICTE will not give any stipend directly but they may get stipend through TEQIP funds, but these may be only in Universities, they should apply for it and if the TEQIP funds are available college may give it to students but this is not mandatory. Even if someone is eligible for it and funds are available they may not give for every month, they may give you at once at some time or at end of the course.

So you have wanted to know about the admission procedure for Kakatiya University through TS PGECET for M. Tech. in EEE branch. You would be glad to know that counselling would be tentatively held from August 2019. So you have ample time to make decisions and research about last year's cut off , etc. But you are requested to keep in touch with the website to not miss out on important updates. Also last year the cut off for EEE was 180 for General Unreserved category so please plan accordingly. Hope this helps!
