The cutoff marks vary from college to college.  The top colleges will keep the cutoff mark very high. 

Ts pgecet is an entrance exam conducted by ap state board to get admission s in PG.

Even if you wish not to hold the scholarship then too you would have to present it because its mandate to have that, because its really important to have a check of what category you lie in not in general sense but in the perspective of the College for official work.

The exam is organized by Osman university which is a state level examination.

It's not yet declared in official website,so can't predict accurately last year it was started by last week of june but for now wait for the official website to update it

Hey Adina, TS PGECET is a state level examination.TS PGECET 2019 counselling will be started from  july 2019 as per the updates . This whole process consists of certificate verification followed by choice filling and seat allotment.  I would recommend you to go to a counsillor because even if you are not able to get admission in a college of your choice the counsillors can help you go through it as they have more knowledge about the last rounds the domicile structure and the spot rounds. Many students cant get admitted because they dont know about the spot round.
