Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has begun the first stage TS PGECET 2021 directing enrollment on October 4. Competitors can enroll for the TS PGECET 2021 advising measure till October 18.

You cannot apply for TS PGECET without the originals. You will have to go to college and take your originals. The colleges are opening everywhere so you can go to your college and get the original certificates.  Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has begun the TS PGECET 2021 counselling registration online on October 4 at pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in. The last date for uploading the certificate for online verification is October 18. There is still time so if you can get the originals quickly then you can participate in the first phase. If not you will have to wait for second phase.
