According to my information candidated have to pay online processing fees before attending document verification.For general it is Rs.1000 and sc/st it is Rs.500.It can be deposited through credit card, debit card , netbanking till last date on their official website.

Don't panic.

Visit the website tspgecet.org and look for Forgot Registration Number under application section and click on it. Enter the Transaction number or Id, DOB and mobile number which are given in the online application. If you forget your Transaction number, so in this case you need to produce the following Payment Source, Mobile, Date of Birth (As per SSC/10 th Class), SSC (10th Class) Hall Ticket Number  and Month & Year of Passing SSC (10th Class) to recover your  Transaction No. Finally click on the proceed button to get your forgotten registration number.

Residence certificate is for to identify a particular person belongs to a particular state the validity of residence certificate is 5years so your certificate is issued on 2013 so it is expired on 2018 so you need to update it your certificate is invalid

Dear the documents required are

• GATE Score card

• Degree/Provisional certificate and Marksheets of qualifying examination

• Marksheets and certificates of class 10 and 12

• Category certificates from competent authority (In case of student claiming reservation)

• Residence certificates/Domicile certificate

• Aadhaar Card

• Income certificate issue after 01.01.2019

So,you should ask your college for this and also the authorities at counselling centre.These documents are mandatory.Only they can help you.
