In TS PGECET the most important topic for civil Engineering are

• Geotechnical Engineering & Environmental Engineering: Soil Mechanics & Foundation engineering.
• Structural Engineering: Solid Mechanics, concrete structures, steel structures, and structural analysis.
• Engineering Mathematics: Complex variables, numerical method & mechanics, linear algebra, probability & statics, calculus, and differential equations.
• Water Resource Engineering Transportation Engineering: Irrigation, Air pollution, Hydrology, Traffic engineering & surveying, water requirement, noise pollution, highway planning, and hydraulics.

The civil exam paper will have two sections which are mathematics and civil engineering subjects. The total number of question is 120 among which 10 questions are from Math section and the remaining 110 will be from civil. The total marks is 120 and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Yes you can go for the second round counselling of TS PGECET without reporting the college you got in the first phase but if you did not report in the college you got in the first phase of counselling and you did not get seat in the second phase then you will not get your seat back that you got in the college you will have no any seat. But if you report in the college and if you do not get seat in the second phase. You still will have your seat that you got in the first counselling. So i  suggest you to report in the college to be on the safe side.

Generally the admission procedure will stop likely as you have entered wrong cast certificate. But during physicial verification procedure you can contact to higher authorities for the same because only they can help you at the moment. If the authority gives you the permission then its good but generally they can't allow as they already have the wait listed candidates waiting for the admission.
