VITEEE 2021 - Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has released the VITEEE 2021 application form on November 30 at vit.ac.in . To appear for the VIT entrance exam 2021, the candidates are required to submit the application form before March 30. What is VITEEE 2021?

VITEEE is know as VIT engineering entrance exam. VIT Vellore conducts the VITEEE exam form filling up B.Tech seats offered by VIT participating institutes that are VIT Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amravati. It is an online test which conducts in April month every year. Approx 2 lakh candidates appear for VIT entrance exam every year. VIT admission 2021 will be done as per the merit of the candidate in VITEEE along with preferences and availability of seats.

VITEEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2021. VIT entrance exam eligibility list out all of the conditions and requirements that candidates should meed before filling the VITEEE 2021 form. If any candidate fails to satisfy any of the below given VITEEE eligibility terms, then their VIT application form will be rejected without prior notice

VITEEE 2021 Application Form

VIT has released the application form of VITEEE 2021 in online mode on November 30 2020. As for the offline VIT application form, the authorities may release the same in January 2021 after the schools reopen. Candidates can access the application form in online mode and the selection can be done as per preference. All of the candidates have to submit the application form before the final date. Only the registered candidates who complete the entire application process will be able to participate in the examination and admission process.

Procedure to fill online VITEEE 2021 application form

Step 1 - Registration: In the first step, the candidates will have to visit the official website to register for VITEEE 2021. For registration, the candidates will have to submit their name, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile number and email address. After registration, the login password will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number.

Step 2 - Filling of Form: After registration, the candidates will have to fill out the application form with the required personal, academic and contact details. All of the submitted details have to be valid. The application number will be generated after the application form is completed.

Step 3 - Fee Payment: In the next step, the candidates will have to pay the required application fee through online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card). The application fee is Rs. 1150 (including GST).

Step 4 - Uploading of Documents: Finally, the candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the application form. The documents have to be scanned as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities. The application form of VITEEE 2021 has to be then submitted.

VITEEE 2021 Exam Centres

While filling out the application form, the candidates will also be able to select their choice of VITEEE exam centres . The authorities will conduct the entrance examination in various cities which will be listed out through the exam centres of VITEEE 2021. According to the preferred city, the authorities will allot the exam centre to the candidates. In the previous year, VITEEE was conducted in around 120 Indian cities and four foreign cities

VITEEE 2021 Slot Booking

Registered candidates will be required to participate in the slot booking of VITEEE 2021. The authorities will open the slot booking process through the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) for an allotted period of time. Since the exam will be conducted over many days, the candidates will be able to select their choice of exam date and time slots by logging into their account. The process is a first-come-first-serve method. Therefore, the candidates are advised to book their slots as soon as the process commences. No changes will be entertained after the slot booking is done. In case the candidates are not able to book their slots, then they will be automatically allotted a slot as per the availability.

• Candidates will have to login using their application number and password.

• Selection of preferred exam date and slot has to be done. The test centre previously selected also has to be confirmed.

• Click on ‘Submit’.

VITEEE 2021 Admit Card

After the slot booking process is completed, the authorities will issue the admit card of VITEEE 2021. Candidates will be able to access it only in online mode. While reporting to the examination centre, the candidates are required to produce the admit card. Details regarding the VITEEE 2021 exam date, slot, exam centre address and more will be available in the VITEEE admit card . Since the admit card is an important document, the candidates are advised to print it out and keep it safely till the entire admission process is over. VITEEE 2021 Exam Pattern

The authorities will release the exam pattern of VITEEE 2021 to help the candidates understand how the entrance examination will be conducted. Information related to the mode, duration, marking scheme of the examination along with the type of questions, sections and more will be available in the exam pattern. Candidates are also advised to check the exam pattern beforehand to boost their preparation for the upcoming exam.

VITEEE 2021 Syllabus

During preparation of the VIT entrance exam 2021, the candidates are advised to be familiar with the syllabus. VIT will release the official VITEEE 2021 syllabus along with the admission notification. The subject-wise chapter and topics which has to be studied for the examination will be listed out in the syllabus. Candidates will be able to find mostly NCERT 11th solutions and NCERT 12th topics from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English in VITEEE exam syllabus.

VITEEE 2021 Exam Day Guidelines

• Candidates should have their admit card while appearing for the VITEEE exam 2021
• Carrying a valid ID proof along with the admit card is a must.
• Considering the current COVID19 situation, candidates should sit on their desk only.
• Keep a distance at the exam centre with fellow candidates and wear a mask.
• Any electronic devices and unfair means are not allowed to bring inside the exam hall.

The authorities will release the sample papers of VITEEE 2021 in online mode through the official website. Candidates can use the sample papers to boost their preparation process. VITEEE 2021 Mock Test

Candidates will be able to access the mock test of VITEEE 2021 tentatively in December 2020 in online mode. No registration will be required to use the mock test. Through the VITEEE mock test , the candidates will be able to practice whatever they have studied so far while being familiar with the pattern of the examination. The mock test will be a simulation of the real examination and the candidates will be able to understand the pattern and also learn time management.

It is to be noted that no official VITEEE answer key is released by the authorities. However, if the VITEEE 2021 answer key is released, it will be updated in this article. All of the correct answers to the questions in the entrance exam will be available through the answer key. Candidates will be able to calculate their probable secured scores using the answer key by comparing their responses to the correct ones. While calculating the scores, the official marking scheme has to be followed.

VITEEE 2021 Counselling

After the VITEEE result declaration, qualified candidates will have to participate in the VITEEE counselling . The procedure will be conducted in offline mode and the candidates will have to report along with their counselling call letter and other required documents. Details about their reporting date and time will be available in the call letter which the candidates will have to download by logging in to their account. During the counselling, the authorities will verify the documents of the candidates. Allotment of seats will be done as per the candidate’s preference, merit and availability of seats. VITEEE 2021 Fee Structure

There are certain fees which the candidates will be required to pay in the form of demand draft in order to confirm their allotment. If the fee is not paid within the given time, then the admission will be cancelled. The authorities will decide and let the candidates know the fee structure of VITEEE 2021 beforehand. Along with the tuition fee, the candidates will also have to pay the hostel fee, if applicable.
