JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 - Jawaharlal Nehru University has announced that JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 will be conducted in May for admission to various engineering postgraduate degree programmes. The admission authority has also announced that the entrance examination for candidates who wish to pursue M.Tech degree in the relative field from JNU will be conducted by NTA as a Computer Based Test. The admission authority has not announced the release date of the application form of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019. In order to fill the application form, candidates will have to register first. Admission authority of JNU CEE M.Tech examination will release admit card of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 for the registered candidates. JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 result will be announced online and admissions will be on the basis of performance of candidates in the entrance examination. Admission authority of examination has set some standards in terms of eligibility criteria of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019, which must be fulfilled by candidates if they wish to get admission in JNU. Candidates will be offered admission only if they meet the JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 eligibility criteria. Thus, candidates must always refer to eligibility criteria and fill the application form only if they are eligible to get admission through entrance examination. Candidates applied and not meeting the eligibility criteria as set by the admission authority, in such cases, applications will not be considered. JNU CEE M.Tech eligibility criteria 2019 will be different for each disciplines offered by the University and participating college.

Candidates appearing for admission to M.Tech Biotech programme will have to meet some eligibility criteria which are different from that of M.Tech eligibility criteria. JNU CEEB 2019 eligibility criteria include parameters such as qualifying examination passed and marks secured. Also, the eligibility criteria of JNU CEEB will differ for the participating institutes.
The admission authority will reserve some seats out of total number of seats for admission of candidates based on reservation criteria of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019. Candidates belonging to different categories can use the specific reservation criteria at the time of admission to get a seat in desired disciplines offered by University. Candidates can check the JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 reservation criteria from below table. A relaxation of 10% will be provided to OBC-NCL candidates in qualifying examination. While SC, ST and PwD candidates will be eligible to appear in entrance examination irrespective of their marks in qualifying examination.

The application form of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 will be available for candidates who wish to apply for the admission to different disciplines offered by University. JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 application form will be available in an online mode. Candidates will have to register first before filling application form. While filling the application form, candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. All the details or information entered must be valid and correct, failing which will lead to the rejection of applications. Candidates can go through the below steps to fill the application form in detail.
Candidates can go through the below mentioned step-wise process to fill the application form:
Step 1- Registration: Candidates must get themselves registered first by entering details such as Name, email ID, mobile number, nationality and date of birth. Candidates will receive the confirmation message or email in their registered mobile number and email address respectively.
Step 2- Log-in to Application Portal: Candidates after the registration must log-in to the application portal to fill details in application form. Candidates can log-in by entering their registered email/application number address and password.
Step 3- Fill the Application Form: Candidates after log-in will have to enter all the required information in the application form. Candidates will have to provide their personal information, academic details and contact or communication details.
Step 4- Upload Photograph and Signature: Candidates after providing necessary details will be prompted to upload their scanned images of photograph and signature in prescribed format as mentioned below.

Step 5- Review your Application Form: Candidates are advised to review their application form before proceeding to the payment gateway. While reviewing the application form, if any information entered is found to be incorrect, it can be rectified. Step 6- Payment of Application Fee: Candidates after uploading scanned images will be redirected to payment gateway for payment of application fees. The application fee will have to be paid in an online mode only. Candidates can make the payment through either Credit Card or Debit Card or SBI Net Banking. For Net Banking through other banks candidates will have to pay an additional bank charge of Rs. 15/-.

Admission authority of examination will release the syllabus of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 which will comprise of important topics from the examination point of view. The admission authority of examination will release admit card of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 for registered candidates. JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 admit card will be available in an online mode which can be accessed by log in to admission portal by entering application form number and password. Candidates must ensure that all information listed in admit card is correct, if not, the candidate must immediately contact admission authority for any discrepancy. Candidates must bring along their admit card at the time of examination without which entry will not be provided to candidates. Admit card is an important document which must be preserved until all admission process are complete.
The admission authority of examination will announce the result of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019. Candidates will be able to access their JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 result by logging to admission portal using their application number and password. The result of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 will comprise of details such as marks secured by candidate, roll number of candidate and name of candidate. On the basis of marks secured in entrance examination, candidates will be provided admissions.
Qualifying candidates who have secured minimum qualifying marks in the entrance examination will have to attend the counselling. A merit list of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 will be prepared based on marks secured by candidate in entrance examination and deprivation points awarded (if any). Authorities will award maximum of 12 deprivation points to eligible candidates. JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 merit list will be prepared category-wise and also department-wise. The participating institutes will also publish their merit list simultaneously.
The admission authority will release cutoff of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 for all five M.Tech disciplines offered by University. JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 cutoff is the minimum marks that a candidate requires to secure in entrance examination to get admission to desired course. JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 cutoff will be available for each category and course separately. Candidates who secure more marks than cutoff marks will have higher chances of getting admission in desired programmes. Various factors are determined while preparing the cutoff list such as total number of applicants, seat availability, category and previous year cutoff trends. Candidates can refer to previous years cutoff for now since the cutoff of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 has not been released yet.

The admission authority of examination will conduct the counselling of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 on the basis of merit list prepared by the authority. Candidates who have been ranked higher in the merit list will be given preference during the JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 counselling. Candidates will be invited to attend the counselling of JNU CEE M.Tech 2019 in person and will have to get their documents verified for seat allotment process. No seat will be allotted to candidates if documents have not been verified during counselling. For admission to Biotechnology programmes, participating institutes will have their individual counselling rules and regulations.

Yes it will cause problem for your admission in JNU for M.Tech as you have not filled the minimum eligible degree required column in application form and have already appeared for the exam. What you can do now is call the JNU administration and ask them to give you time to show your graduation results otherwise your application will be cancelled. To do Masters in Technology or Masters in engineering one need to complete his Graduation degree in Engineering or technology.This is the basic eligibility criteria.
After completing your graduation if you want to get admission in IIT's or NIT's to do masters you need to Write the GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test of Engineering) exam.This is the national level entrance exam to get admission in various IIT's and NIT's to do Masters.
To get admission in reputated IIT's or NIT's you should get a minimum of 60-70 marks out of 100 in GATE exam.

There is MTech in mechanical engineering branch in JNU. To get admission in JNU mtech you need to give JNU CEE which will be conducted by NTA in May.
but I will suggest you to prepare for GATE and try your best to get IIT/NITs it will help you fetch a good job. The rest depends on you.
