As you didn't mentioned your category which is a determining factor for getting a seat in any of NIT's, IIIT's or GIFT's.
Taking as a general candidate, nowadays it's seems almost impossible for a 73 percentile student to get into any premier Institute in India through JOSAA counselling.

Hope you are doing good. This year the qualifying cut off for GFTIs is expected to be in between 90-95 percentile. Therefore, to get admission in an GFTI you need to score above 90 percentile in JEE Mains. You also need to score the institute specific cut off in order to get a seat in GFTI.
Note: Institute specific cut off is different for each GFTI.
