The Council of Architecture (CoA) releases the NATA 2024 online practice test in online mode. By practising the NATA mock test 2024 free, candidates get a chance to know the type of questions expected in NATA and also get to analyze their preparation. Given below are the steps to use the mock test of NATA 2024 by CoA.
Step 1- Candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the NATA mock test PDF link. They will be redirected to a new window where they will find their username or password in the window for practising the NATA online mock test.
Step 2- After signing in, candidates will see a new window containing a set of instructions for the NATA 2024 mock test. They are supposed to check all the instructions carefully before taking the NATA mock test 2024.
Canddiates have to attempt the NATA 2024 mock test in 2 hours and 15 minutes. A clock shall reflect the time left for the test provided at the top of the computer screen. When the timer ticks at zero, the exam will automatically end.
A question palette will be displayed on the right side of the screen reflecting the status of each question as explained below:
Gray- Not visited the question yet.
Red- Not answered the question.
Green- Answered the question.
Purple- Not answered the question, but marked for review.
Purple with Green Circle- The question(s) "Answered and Marked for Review" to be considered for evaluation.
Purple with a Tick Mark- The question(s) "Marked for Review" not to be considered for evaluation. (No marks will be awarded for the same)
To navigate to a question, candidates have to follow the steps below:
Click on the number of questions in the palette at the right side of the screen to open the said question directly. It may be noted that using this option does not save the answer to the current question.
Click on “Save & Next” to save the answer for the current question to flip over to the next question.
Click on “Mark for Review & Next” to save the answer for the current question and mark it for review later.

Procedure for answering a multiple choice type question:
To select an answer, click on the button of the suitable option.
To deselect the chosen answer, click on the button of that option again or click on the ‘Clear Response’ button.
To change the selected option, click on the button of another option.
To save the answer, click on the “Save & Next” button.
To mark the question for review, select the “Mark for Review & Next” button.
To change the answer for a question already answered, first select that question for answering and then follow the procedure for answering that question.
Sections in the mock test of NATA will be displayed on the top bar of the screen. Questions for a particular section can be seen with a click on the section name. The current section will be highlighted.
Clicking the “Save & Next” button on the last question for one section will automatically take the candidate to the first question of the next section.
Candidates can shuffle between various sections and questions randomly during the NATA mock test 2024 as per convenience during the stipulated time.
Step 3- After understanding all the instructions, candidates have to click on the “Next” button to start the NATA 2024 online mock test. They will see the window explaining the NATA 2024 exam pattern and other details about the exam. Candidates are advised to read the exam pattern, marking scheme and all other aspects clearly before starting the NATA 2024 practice test.
Step 4- Click on the “I am Ready to begin” button to start the mock test of NATA 2024. Candidates have to follow the instructions explained earlier to take the NATA online mock test 2024.
After the completion of time, the NATA mock test will automatically close. Candidates will see their scores after completion of the NATA 2024 mock test.
COA will release the NATA exam pattern 2024 online. Candidates have to check the official brochure for the NATA 2024 exam pattern. The exam pattern of NATA 2024 will help to understand the structure of the question paper. The exam pattern of NATA comprises of marking scheme, duration of the exam, type of questions, total marks and much more. The exam will be conducted in online mode except for the drawing part and thus, knowing the details of the exam is important for candidates.

The NATA 2025 Phase 1 exam was held on 25th April 2025. According to the official schedule, the result for this exam was declared within 7 days, which would be by 2nd May 2025.

Enter your application number and password (or date of birth).
Your scorecard will appear on the screen.
Download and print the scorecard for future reference.
The scorecard will display your marks out of 200, qualifying status, and subject-wise marks. To qualify, you need at least 70 marks overall and a minimum of 25% in each section (MCQ and Drawing).
